Hill Country born and raised. Lighting is all we do.

Meet the founder

Just Lights was founded by Luke Baird, who was born and raised in the Bee Cave and Spicewood area and has called the Hill Country home his entire life.

Luke has been running a home services business since middle school — going door to door, pulling weeds and taking care of lawns for his neighbors. Those early jobs taught him the value of honest work, showing up when you say you will, and treating every property as if it were your own.

He has always loved working with his hands and getting to know the people he works for. Outdoor lighting brings both together. Every project is a chance to put real effort into a home and watch it pay off — the moment the lights come on for the first time and a property takes on an entirely new character after dark. That transformation is what drives him, and it's why every Just Lights install gets his personal attention to detail.

What do we do? Exactly what our name says.

We focus exclusively on landscape and outdoor lighting. That single-minded approach means extra attention to detail, higher standards, and a deeper sense of responsibility on every project. When lighting is your only craft, you learn to do it right.

From thoughtful design to precise installation, we're committed to creating durable, beautifully lit outdoor spaces that perform reliably and elevate your property long after the sun goes down.

Why choose a lighting specialist?

Outdoor lighting is an investment, and the details determine whether it enhances your property or creates ongoing problems. Design, placement, and installation all matter — and mistakes aren't always obvious until months later.

Choosing a company dedicated to outdoor lighting means working with people who understand those details and take responsibility for getting them right. The result is a lighting system that looks great, functions properly, and keeps performing night after night.
